I have been where you are now!


I have been coaching for over 20 years and I love to help others, and that includes other coaches. I have trained lots of coaches from the beginning of their journey, and accompanied them through setting up their business, gaining a credential and ongoing development with coaching, mentoring and supervision. Your journey will be tailored to you so you can look to the future and make it happen.

Everyone needs a coach, and that includes us coaches!

Are you looking to gain your ICF credential?

I offer two options for others seeking a credential. I can either offer you the hours of mentor coaching needed, or I can work with you to ensure all elements of your credential application are ready to submit. This includes checking your training hours and assisting with the completion of the information needed.

What is Supervision?

Supervision is a collaborative process where the supervisee brings aspects of their coaching practice to consider with the supervisor. We focus on any of the three aspects – Educative; Ethical and Restorative


It offers the opportunity to reflect on your own coaching practice in a safe space by staying in conscious competence so you can continually grow and develop as a coach by learning from experience, share concerns, receive support, share success, gain new perspectives, receive feedback and guidance and maintain personal wellness


All coaches should have supervision as part of their ongoing development. As a trained supervisor, I offer either individual or group supervision sessions that are tailored to you, ensuring that you the space to reflect and develop as a coach.
